Registering to attend a class
You MUST register prior to attending any class. Spots are limited and to ensure your spot a registration in necessary.
Please register in All Classes you wish to attend. Class Registration closes 2 hours prior to class time. This ensures Instructor availability.
If you are registered in your class and are unable to attend you Must give 6 hours notice to reschedule without penalty. This allow others to take your spot.
You may give the 6 hour notice via email, phone, or de-register yourself via website.
If registered in a series class you are automatically in all classes of series if you de-register you will be charged a $10 fee for penalty if you have an unlimited membership, or you will be charged a class off your pass for missing as we run classes in series based on numbers.
Cancellation & Missed Class Policies
Strict Cancellation Penalties for Less Than 6 Hours Notice
Class Pass & Membership Cancellation Penalties - if a spot is reserved in class and the card member does not show up without 6-hours notice
A class will be automatically deducted from your pass card or $10 fee.
All your upcoming reservations will also be cancelled.
A Class will be deducted from the Member’s pass card.
All upcoming classes will be cancelled.
A warning will be sent in an e-mail which informs the Member that the reservation privileges will be taken away if the Member does not show up one more time
If the Member does not show up for the third time, the reservation privileges will be taken away completely.
Monthly Membership Members (Unlimited Members Only)* - if a spot is reserved in class and the Monthly Member does not show without 6-hours notice:
We will delete ALL upcoming class reservations.
We will Charge a $10 Fee plus gst will be added on next billing cycle
All upcoming reservations will be removed again
A warning message will be sent which will inform the Member that the reservation privileges will be removed if there is a third time.

If the Monthly Member does not show up for the third time without notice, the reservation privileges will be taken away completely.

Without registering, members who drop in the class will only be given a spot if space is available on a first-come first-serve basis.
Lateness & Wait List Policies
We do have a wait list for classes. If a member is more than 5 min late to show up for a class WITHOUT NOTICE will forfeit their spot in the class. The spot will be granted to anyone on the wait list who are present at the studio.
If an unforeseen situation arises that prevents a member from being on time for class, please give the studio a call in order to keep your spot.
Lateness - The Instructor reserves the right to refuse a member into class if that person is more than 10 min late. Warm-ups are important to our studio and students.
If a class is full please put yourself on the wait list. Things happen and you will be notified via email if a spot becomes available.
PLEASE NOTE : Once you are registered in class from wait list the same 6 hour cancellation applies.
All membership payments and Drop-in payments are NON-REFUNDABLE . If you registered with payment for a class and If you give 6 hour notice you can reschedule your class without penalty. Sale prices are not retroactive. If you purchase and a sale comes up we do not refund the difference.
Membership Cancellations (Term & Open ended)
Term Membership Cancellations 3,6,12 Month*
As we have a variety of monthly term memberships once you have fulfilled your agreed to term your membership automatically auto renews at the same original term.
Once your monthly term is fulfilled or 30 days prior to it ending, Monthly Auto Renew Members may request for their membership to be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Notice to cancel is thirty (30) days and as such an additional monthly fee may be drafted if notice is less than thirty (30) days from the next auto-payment date.
Monthly Auto Renew Members who have fulfilled their given term, may request for their membership to be cancelled without 30 days notice however a $35 administration fee will be applied to the credit card account on file for all early cancellations.
Monthly Members who wish to cancel prior to fulfilling their term agreement are responsible for 40% of the balance left on their term (As per membership agreement).
All monthly auto-renew membership cancellations must follow the cancellation procedures as set out int the member agreement. 30 Days notice can be mailed either in person, by mail, or electronically.
Monthly Membership Cancellations (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
All monthly auto-renew membership cancellations must follow the cancellation procedures as set out in the member description when purchasing your pass. We require 30 Days notice prior to your cancellation date. Your notice can be mailed either in person, by mail, or electronically. We require 30 days in order for you to use the given amount of classes set out in your pass as we do not do refunds. All cancellations take effect on the last day of you existing paid for pass.
Membership Suspension & Pass Holds
Memberships can be suspended. Upon restart a payment will occur to restart your membership. For this reason please give us 30 days notice for you to use up your existing classes. All other students who are going away are unable to use their drop-in style passes please email us so we can extend your pass expiry. Please note any unused passes and students accounts will be dropped from our system after 6 months of non use. You can place a membership on hold by emailing/submitting your request.
* Please Note: 3,6,12 Month Memberships are no longer available at this time this is for reference for those who still have the Term Monthly Memberships.
